ASTRO LIGHTING 1428017 AVA 300 BRASS - NO STOCK Expected End Jan 2024

The sleek curves of the Ava 300, up and down facing wall light is typical of this modern exterior lighting range from Astro Lighting. A curved shaped tube coastal brass frame perfectly finished with clear glass lens. The Ava 300 throws beams of light upwards and downwards. An understated modern look which is perfect for contemporary exteriors. The Ava 300 coastal light has a 3 year anti-corrosion warranty, although properties located within 5 miles of coastal (high salt) environments are excluded. IP44 rated which ensures suitability for outdoors and 2 x 6w LED GU10 lamps are required, these are not supplied although is available to order code AS4074

Please note that the natural brass is an untreated raw material and the finish will change over time. The structural integrity of the brass will remain, but as the product ages the surface will naturally oxidise and mottle, and in time will achieve a distinct patina that is part of the charm. It is recommended that the product is rinsed with fresh water every few months.

If an order is urgent please make a note to this effect in the order comments and we will endeavor to dispatch the order as quickly as possible.

Astro Lighting Products
Same day dispatch for orders placed by 10.30 am on a working day (delivery next working day with Fedex).

Dar Lighting Products
Same day dispatch for orders placed by 10.30 am on a working (delivery next working day with ParcelForce).

Eglo Products

3 to 6 working days.

Elstead Lighting Products

2 to 3 working days (delivery with TNT).

Endon / Saxby Lighting Products

2 to 3 working days (delivery with Interlink Express). Next day delivery surcharge £18.00. Next day by noon £24.00 (for orders placed by 2pm) Please call to discuss / pay for next day delivery.

Nordlux / Uber Lamp

2 to 3 working days (delivery with Parcelforce or DPD).

FMB Leuchten (wrought iron products)

3 to 4 weeks.

Italian Suppliers

3 to 4 weeks (potentially longer around time of Italian summer closed period).

It is not always possible to arrange an exact delivery time or date (but we will try our best). We will send you an email when your consignment has been dispatched. An expected delivery date will be provided and, whenever possible, this will be accompanied with consignment tracking information. In the event that you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a card in order that a second delivery attempt can be carried out (by arrangement via the courier website or a call to the courier depot).

Delivery Costs

FREE Delivery on all order totals over £50.00 to UK mainland destinations.

For an order value of less than £50.00 there will be a delivery charge of £5.95 (mainland UK deliveries). For destinations outside of mainland UK please contact us by email or by telephone to discuss any additional delivery charge.

Deliveries will be carried out using a range of reliable national couriers and delivery times are weekdays between 0900 and 1800.

Saturday delivery may be possible but this is subject to a surcharge of £25.00.

Delivery surcharges may apply to UK non-mainland destinations (e.g. to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Channels Islands etc).

Any delivery surcharge (for non-mainland UK destinations or for timed delivery slots) is non-refundable in the event of goods being cancelled after receipt of the consignment.

We will make every effort to deliver within the timeframe advised but we will not be liable for any financial loss caused to you by late or non-delivery on the stated day.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods (alternative “safe place” arrangements can be made in certain cases).

Our given lead times are as accurate as possible at the time of ordering. If there are any significant delays you will always be informed. Any customers with a delayed order will be notified of the potential delay whilst we source your light from the manufacturer.

It is essential that the delivery address is clear and correct. Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer, will discharge any and every responsibility of the Outdoor Lighting Centre.

Breakages

When goods are delivered, they must be examined immediately for breakages. Any damage must be reported (by post, email, telephone) to the Outdoor Lighting Centre within 5 days of receipt.

In some instances it may be quicker / more convenient to re-supply a damaged part (e.g. shade) than collect and re-supply the entire fitting.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with a further queries or concerns. We will endeavor to provide you with as much information as possible in order to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Returns Policy

If an item does not meet with your total satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it. We do ask that the Outdoor Lighting Centre be informed in advance.This is essential in order for us to identify the original order and process a refund as quickly as possible.

Advice of return can be made by calling us (0800 0436342), sending an email through the Contact Form (or direct email to [email protected]). Advice of a return can also be made in writing (see address on Contact Us page).

Unlike many other shops, the Outdoor Lighting Centre will not apply any re-stocking fees.

To qualify for a full refund we require goods to be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. However, this period can be extended in some cases (by prior arrangement). We will also refund any standard delivery costs paid on the original order (with the exception of delivery costs to destinations outside of mainland UK and special deliveries).

Returns Address

Please do not return goods to the address on any shipping note that accompanied the original order. Once you have informed us of the intent to return we will provide the appropriate return address.

We will issue a full refund once the items have been returned (complete with manufacturer box, instructions and any provided screws / fittings). A refund cannot be provided for goods that have been previously installed.

Please could you ensure that plenty of packaging is used for the return (plus an outer box to ensure that there are no breakages during transit). Any damage would be the liability of the customer returning said items.
